01Remote CAD design
You send an intraoral scan. We send back a finished CAD design file, ready for milling on your end. Because the deliverable is a data file rather than a physical part, we can start working with clinics and labs outside Japan right away.
02Digital manufacturing in Japan
In Obihiro, Hokkaido, we run a fully digital lab: intraoral scanning, CAD design, milling, and 3D printing under one roof. It's the same environment behind our design work, tested daily on real cases for clinics across Japan.
03Preset system
Every dentist has preferences that are hard to put into words, like how tight a contact point should feel. We convert those preferences into numbers, stored per clinic, so the same settings carry over from one case to the next.
